Cardiovascular Technician

The client is a Global multi-industrial conglomerate engaged in research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of industrial products, with a primary focus on water filtration, smart connected devices for water and energy conservation, and medical devices aimed at improving health.

The Job:

• Proficient in identifying arrhythmias.
• Ensure accuracy in results by evaluating event logs to aid physician diagnoses.
• Perform clerical tasks including record filing, procedure completion, and telephone answering.
• Collaborate with the project team to optimize clinical workflow for clients and patients.
• Accompany Sales Manager for client presentations as required.
• Address client inquiries and assist with ECG setup for home-based monitoring.
• Coordinate with courier service for Holter biosensor collection as per client orders.
• Provide monthly reports on service level performance.
• Fulfill additional duties assigned by immediate superior.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Cardiac Technology, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences Studies, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in the cardiology department or related cardiac field is desirable.
• Registered nurses with certification in ECG Interpretation are encouraged to apply.
• Associate in Science & Healthcare Education with experience/training/knowledge in electrocardiography are welcome to apply. Certification can be arranged subsequently.
• Preferred experience in ECG diagnosis or cardiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in computer usage with keen attention to detail.
