Care Ambassador - 1 year contract

We are looking for Care Ambassador to proactively engage, educate and empower our children and families to care for themselves!

Care Ambassador works closely with doctors, nurses and community service agencies to promote healthy lifestyles and preventive health. Your role involves:

-Educating children and families to understand the importance of preventive health ---Developmental screening and Vaccinations.

- Screening children and families to provide support in navigating social-health system.

- Providing education to patients on Health information.

- Publicizing mother-child dyad and parenting programmes to children and families.

Qualifications:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ level

Experience:

· Working experience in healthcare preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
