Care Consultant Trainees / Care Placement Consultants

Xedge is a specialised healthcare recruitment agency focusing on the recruitment and placement of caregivers / eldercare helpers for households and healthcare professionals for Institutions in Singapore.

We are looking for Care Consultant Trainees / Care Placement Consultants to join our growing team of dedicated recruiters. This role is suitable for someone who is dynamic, organised, sales-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people. You will work with like-minded professionals to support families and institutions in finding suitable candidates for their care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability. Leads are provided.
• Understand employers’ care needs and match them with suitable caregivers or eldercare helpers. Employer leads are provided and there is no need for cold calling.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.
• Liaise closely with employers on the necessary documentation and administrative requirements.
• Manage the logistics and onboarding of candidates, including work pass applications and other related administrative matters.
• Maintain good relationships with employers, candidates, and business partners.
• Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Requirements

• Suitable for candidates from healthcare service, recruitment, customer service, education sales or family-facing advisory roles.
• Certificate for Employment Intermediaries — Basic (CEI-Basic) is preferred but not required. Willing to attend the CEI training and take the CEI-Basic exams
• Independent, organised, and sales-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing service to customers.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
