Career Specialist

Role:
Provide career guidance and employment assistance to clients through career preparation activities, job matching, and collaboration with employers and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-to-one and group career guidance sessions, including resume writing, interview preparation, and skills assessment
• Support clients in identifying skills, job preferences, and training needs
• Engage employers, shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and prepare referral letters
• Maintain job placement records and databases
• Assist clients with career resource facilities and organise workshops
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree; training or experience in career facilitation advantageous
• Experience in employment assistance, facilitation, or working with rehabilitation clients preferred
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team player, proactive, independent, and passionate about client development

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

• Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur), 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
