Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cargo Manager to oversee the Singapore station’s cargo sales, customer service, and operational performance.
The role is responsible for driving airline cargo revenue growth, achieving sales targets, managing airline and agent relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cargo operations. This includes leading a station team, coordinating with ground handling partners, and ensuring service quality and operational efficiency across all functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening airline presence, optimising cargo capacity utilisation, and ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours) + Saturday Half Day
- Work Week: 5.5 Days
- Salary Range: S$4,500 – S$7,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
Cargo Sales & Revenue Management
- Oversee airline cargo sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to support airline growth and revenue objectives
- Drive initiatives to increase market presence and cargo volume in Singapore
- Ensure optimal utilisation of airline cargo space to maximise revenue yield
- Support budgeting and cost management initiatives to improve profitability
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with airlines, cargo agents, interline partners, CTOs, and relevant authorities
- Strengthen commercial partnerships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and responsiveness
- Address operational and service-related issues and provide timely solutions
Station Operations Management
- Oversee daily cargo sales, customer service, and operational activities at station level
- Manage capacity planning, space allocation, and coordination with airline stakeholders
- Coordinate with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) and cargo terminal operators
- Attend flight operations and ensure compliance with airline procedures and requirements
- Troubleshoot operational disruptions and ensure smooth service recovery
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, supervise, and guide assigned station staff across sales, operations, and customer service
- Ensure smooth execution of daily station workflows and performance standards
- Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to support team effectiveness
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare and maintain sales, operational, and performance reports for management review
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, and cargo volume trends
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning
- Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Air Cargo, GSA, Freight Forwarding, or Airline Cargo operations
- Strong understanding of airline cargo sales, operations, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Tertiary qualification required)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in airline cargo station management or GSA environment
- Familiarity with Changi Airfreight Centre operations
- Exposure to cargo capacity management, revenue optimization, and airline coordination
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to support sales growth and operational efficiency
