Cargo Superintendent ( Junior )

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely calibration of cargo measurement instruments and equipment.
  


• Maintain accurate inventory records of cargo handling tools and equipment.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve cargo-related discrepancies in quality or quantity.
  


• Monitor, assess, and report on vessel cargo operations to identify areas for improvement.
  


• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as operations, technical, and logistics departments.
  


• Provide hands-on support during cargo operations, both onboard and onshore, when necessary.
  


• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing projects and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  


• Participate in various projects and operational initiatives as assigned by senior management.
