Carpentry Manager

The Carpentry Manager is responsible for overseeing all carpentry operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role includes managing carpentry teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, planning manpower deployment, monitoring project schedules, and resolving site issues. The Carpentry Manager shall ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality requirements, and company policies while driving productivity and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of carpentry or interior fit-out experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry works, joinery, materials, and construction methods.
• Proven experience in project planning, cost control, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
