Job Description - Case Manager, HNW Insurance and Wealth Solutions

About the Role
Our client is a top tier life insurance brokerage specialising in tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end administration of life insurance applications, working closely with Sales Consultants, private bankers, insurers, trustees, and clients to ensure a seamless application and policy issuance process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and case management support to Sales Consultants.
Coordinate insurance applications with internal and external stakeholders (ie. private bankers, insurers and clients) to facilitate smooth case progression.
Arrange medical examinations, handle reimbursements and coordinate administrative logistics (ie. Additional underwriting requirements).
Review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor pending applications, maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Prepare case status reports and maintain updated records of in-force policies.

Requirements

Minimally Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or financial services.
Prior experience in case management, new business operations, or policy administration will be advantages.
Good understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who can collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
