Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive friendly and courteous service to enhance their experience.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for both front and back areas of the establishment.
• Manage the Checkout and Self-Checkout counters efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, such as setting up and closing the checkout counter, and handling end-of-day settlements.
• Follow the company's standard operating procedures for stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Possess good customer service
• Role required to carry loads up to 15kg
• Able to work on rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
