Job Description - Centre Manager

Job Scope:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both centres to achieveenrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate Customer Service Officers to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and students, handling enquiries and resolving feedback professionally.
  • Manage student enrolments, class scheduling and centre administration.
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure a positive learning experience for students.
  • Monitor centre performance, drive enrolment targets and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and service standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and support company initiatives and events when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience in education/retail/service/hospitality
  • Proven ability to manage sales targets, customer service standards and operational KPIs
  • Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in handling parents, staff matters and service escalations.

Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: North-East

Salary: Up to $5,000
