Centre Principal

An established Childcare Centre in Choa Chu Kang is looking for a Centre Principal.

We are looking for a leader who is able to:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth operations.
• Set educational standards and goals for the Centre.
• Ensure Centre practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and plan Centre manpower needs.
• Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff.
• Handle Centre's administration, enquiries and enrolment.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of children in Centre.
• Able to communicate and work together with staff.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education- Leadership (DECCE-L) or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Other qualifications required by ECDA (if applicable)
• Has minimum 2 years of experience
