The Company


Our client is an established Healthcare business which is backed by a Private Equity firm. Keen to hire a driven and agile Finance leader with strong commercial acumen and high adaptability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.

The successful candidate should have experience working with PE owners and it will be highly advantageous to have business exit exposure.

Budget
S$18,000 - S$20,000 per month + Bonus

Requirements

• MUST: CFO/ FD candidates who have worked with PE owners and it will be a strong plus to have business exit exposure
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating successful track record in driving business growth and delivering expansion plans, with a stronger focus in strategic business partnering
• Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry exposure can be a strong value-add
• Traits: Confident, highly driven & energetic, high adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and unstructured environment, highly independent, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with international stakeholders

Job Scope
Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Private Equity stakeholders, you will oversee an international portfolio comprising of strategic planning, FP&A, finance controllership, cash flow management, risk management, reporting, tax, audit, treasury and internal controls. You will present insights to financial health and performance, identify key trends and opportunities for further growth and expansion, as well as manage working capital and cash flow to support operations and investment activities.

You will work very closely with senior executives to support strategic decision making, partner CEO and PE owner in driving further business expansion and have the opportunities to participate in investor relations and support in potential fund raising activities.
