Responsibilities
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with partners and find mutually beneficial solutions. • Recruit new partners to expand Transformists' channel ecosystem. • Utilize technology to assist partners with content marketing and measure success. • Assess emerging technologies for program success. • Collaborate with the team to improve partner training and content needs. • Ensure partner conduct aligns with brand guidelines and values. • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance program processes. • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue. • Educate partners on new product offerings and updates.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or related field. • At least 1 year of experience in partner management. • Highly analytical with a strong ability to refine strategies based on data. • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting business plans. • Emotional intelligence (EQ) for effective communication and relationship building. • Curiosity about new marketing and growth strategies.
