Job Description - Channel Manager, East Asia

Job Description

In this role as a Channel Manager of East Asia region, you will implement a multi-year plan to rapidly grow revenue through acquiring, nurturing, and developing new as well as existing partners within the Microsoft and Financial Performance Management space. Your primary focus will be to rapidly grow our number of insightsoftware channel partners, to execute strategies across three of our product lines, and to manage go-to-market programs.

What will you do?

  • Execute business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics.

  • Responsible for managing forecast, pipeline and building opportunities

  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated to align with our goals.

  • Develop and execute partner account plans

  • Develop a strategy to acquire new partners in East Asia region for FP&A solutions.

  • Build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs, account mapping of company and partner.

  • Manage partner enablement for solutions, skills, marketing and go-to-market programs associated in order to meet partner performance objectives. 

  • Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents.

How will you do it?

  • Results-oriented mindset, must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in Channel Management or in bringing in new Partners, exceeding quotas, and maximizing revenue
  • Ability to actively participate in regular business performance and relationship reviews with management and partners
  • Engaging Presence – Use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about how our solutions can help expand the partner revenue stream
  • Drive & Grit – Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced global organization across different business functions and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Partner Channels or Business Development, working with industry-leading partners
  • Experience across multiple partner routes to market including independent software vendors (ISV's) and resale.
  • Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences
  • Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely action
  • The ideal candidate will have work experience and/or network within ERP or the Financial Performance Management space
  • English and Mandarin Language required
