Job Description - Channel Partner Manager - MNC (Must Frm Printing Industry)_cp1

~WEST REGION~

Responsible roles

Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. Provide support and training to partners to ensure success. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners. Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings. Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.

  • Channel Partner Manager
  1. Maintains and expands relationships with assigned Channel Partners, System Integrators.
  2. Manage sales pipeline, monthly sales forecast and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Responsible for achieving sales for hardware and non-hardware, profitability.
  4. Provide resources & support on product knowledge & sales strategies.
  5. Provide machine demo whenever required.
  6. Provide available sales tools for partners to utilize.
  7. Manage conflict with indirect and direct sales teams by good communication internally and external through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  8. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  9. Assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

1.10 Objection handling on partners’ feedback and end users’ service issues

1.11 Coach and train partners to sell full suite of KMBS products and solutions

1.12 Develop incentive programs for Channel Partners

1.13 Follow up AR issues for Channel Partners and end users

  • Administrative Role for Channel Partners
  1. Provide administrative support for all channel partners
  2. Register all leads registration request and request transfer of account when needed
  3. Process sales related documentations – PO, contracts, sales requisition, credit grading, new customer code creation, transfer ownership
  4. Price support submission to KMI
  5. Update on stocks availability request

Requirement and skills

  • 3 years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM/SAP) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
  • Min. Diploma in business or related field

1) Achieve Monthly Sales Target

2) Drive PP Color and DW-DX sales

3) Ensure Pipeline Building - Sales Opportunities and activities from Channel Partners

4) Channel Business Development - Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
