Chartering Assistant - Gas

Our client is a shipping company with a fleet built around gas carriers. The commercial function moves at the pace of the deals they close.

The Head of Commercial spends most of the year in front of clients, flying between offices and closing charter agreements. This role is their right hand back in Singapore, running the work that keeps deals progressing while they're on the road.

The Role

You'll process bids and tenders, draft and review charter party agreements, model commercial scenarios, and coordinate across technical, legal and finance teams to keep transactions moving. The Head of Commercial makes the deal. You build the contracts and the analysis behind it.

Who We're Looking For

A solid grounding in gas shipping. Strong familiarity with charter parties and shipping contracts. Background could be commercial analyst, commercial support, or legal within shipping. We need someone competent around contracts and comfortable working independently while owning your part of the deal cycle.
