Job Description - Chef de Cuisine, Upscale French Bistro (Singapore)

Our partner is an established hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurants throughout Asia. Their beloved modern French restaurant showcases delightful dishes featuring the best seasonal ingredients in an approachable and lively setting. We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine who is intimately knowledgeable and passionate about modern French bistro cuisine.

The Chef de Cuisine will:

Oversee the culinary activities and operations of the restaurant,
Develop an exciting menu of approachable, modern French dishes,
Ensure seamless preparation and execution of daily service,
Recruit, train, and direct a team to deliver consistently high-quality guest experience,
Continuously develop the team’s skills and knowledge,
Foster an inspiring, safe, and productive work environment,
Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of product,
Maintain food and labour costs while maximising sales to ensure profitability.

We seek candidates with:

5+ years of culinary experience working with French cuisine,
3+ years of management experience in well-regarded, full-service restaurants,
A passion for nurturing and developing a diverse team,
A natural inclination to deliver consistent excellence.
