Job Responsibilities:

• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Prepares a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, desserts, according to customers'
• Study the recipes given by the managers and perform them accordingly.
• tores all food ‐ prepared and unprepared ‐ in appropriately sized containers bearing the item name, the date it was received, and your initials Weigh or measure ingredients.
• Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Set up the station on time and make sure all the mise en place is perfect
• Keep the working station clean all the time.
• Cook and serve best quality food to the guest by following the direction of sous‐chef and executive chef.

Job Requirements

• In‐depth knowledge of traditional and modern Korean cooking techniques
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and uphold a positive team environment
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
