Chef de Partie - Fast Hire

We are hiring for our client in the Government industry, who is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their growing team.

Contract Period: 1 Year (Extendable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan daily menus, manage dietary requirements, purchase ingredients and prepare excellent cuisine for various events.
• Ensure high standard of hygiene in food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with butler teams as well as external caterers to ensure F&B is delivered efficiently at functions.
• Arrange for equipment maintenance periodically.
• Handle administrative work such as preparing claims for purchases, marketing logs and costing for menus.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
