Chef De Partie in Popular Cafe (No Split Shifts!) - Collaborative Environment

We are a popular board game café & bar, located in the City Hall / Bras Basah serving cafe and bar favourites including brunch, pasta and burgers. We have been featured in various publications, including Honeycombers and TSL. Food is a key part of the concept and we focus on Western cafe and bar favourites with our own playful twists.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Western kitchen
• Works well in a small and fast paced environment
• Familiar with Western cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Experience with brunch service is a plus.
• NO SPLIT SHIFTS (except up to twice a month for events). Able to work weekday evening shifts (Tue to Fri), and full day on weekends.
• Alternatate between 5 and 6 day work weeks
• All applicants are welcome

What we offer

• Base starting salary of S$2,600 – S$2,800 plus further incentives and OT (adding up to $3,000); amount depending on experience
• Medical allowance
• Transport after midnight
