- Must have relevant work experience as Back of House
- Prepare dishes according to SOP provided by Chef.
- Conduct Opening, operating, and closing procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of mise-en-place for the side station.
- Delegate duties and responsibilities among kitchen Staffs.
