Chef de Partie/Commis Chef

At Caracara, we aim to serve good food, good drinks and have good vibes. We are looking for a good candidate who will be part of the opening team, to help grow this brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In charge of the daily preparation and ordering for the assigned section.
• Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision and speed.
• Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.
• Ensure equipment are all well maintained, and perform routine checks on equipment
• Receiving of stock and stock rotation.
• Monitoring food portion and minimizing waste
• Adhere to the schedule set by Head Chef/Manager
• Following safety protocols and taking necessary precautions.

Key requirements:

Open minded and willing to learn.
Good knowledge of cooking method, food preparation and kitchen preparation
Good communication skill
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Experience with Japanese/Japanese fusion food will be a bonus
