Chemical Engineer

• Support the development, implementation, and optimization of new polymer-based marking solutions, while enhancing existing polymer formulations.
  
• Design, develop, and validate prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) samples to demonstrate technology applications.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and delivery timelines.
  
• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, material sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of experimental results, testing procedures, and technical processes for internal records and external audits.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution and successful product development.
  
• Stay current with advancements in polymer science and material technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement of polymer-based solutions.
  

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in polymer applications, materials science, or a related technical field.
  
• Demonstrated experience in laboratory management, including coordinating testing activities and maintaining laboratory operations.
  
• Strong technical understanding of polymer properties, material behavior, and plastic manufacturing and processing technologies.
  
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
