Responsibilities:

• Work in a Fabrication facility clean room and Chemical Lab environment.

• Follow the standard operation procedure (SOP) to analyze routine samples and report to internal customers.

• Use analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as chromatography, spectroscopy, titration, particle sizing, volume measurement, and weight measurement.

• Perform sample, standard, and reagent preparation, such as vapor phase deposition (VPD), extraction, digestion, and series dilution.

• Responsible for monitoring and sustaining equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned tools.

• Collaborate with area Chemists to troubleshoot analytical issues and equipment issues.

• Participate in total productive maintenance (TPM) activities, including 6S audit, housekeeping, and maintaining stock of reagents and standards.
