Job Summary

Lead strategic growth and operational excellence in marine safety services across APAC. Manage daily marine operations, financial performance, compliance, and stakeholder relations while developing diverse teams to enhance productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s long-term strategic goals to expand market share and drive business growth in the APAC, North America and Middle East region
• Oversee daily marine operations, including technical management, fleet performance monitoring, dry-docking schedules, and vessel maintenance to ensure operational excellence
• Manage profit and loss (P&L), develop budgets, optimize commercial contracts, and identify new business opportunities to enhance financial performance
• Ensure vessel operations comply with local maritime authority (MPA) and international regulations (ISM, ISPS, ISO) to maintain safety and regulatory standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, clients, regulators, and industry partners to support business objectives
• Lead, motivate, and manage multicultural teams to improve productivity and foster a strong safety culture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Qualified MBA
• Substantial senior leadership experience in maritime, shipping, or offshore industries, such as Managing Director or General Manager roles
• Strong technical or commercial background with knowledge of ship management, marine engineering, or commercial shipping
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen
• Successfully completed the OEM Certifications for multiple marine equipment’s
• Able to carry out the multi lifeboat & davit brand servicing and training.
