Job Description - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Role Overview

Cleverstate Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based technology company developing artificial intelligence solutions for the marketing and advertising industry. The Company is preparing for the commercial rollout of its flagship platform, StratifAI, across Singapore, Asia-Pacific,and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and executive management of the Company. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee the Company's growth strategy, commercial development, operational management, corporate governance, and international expansion efforts. The role is critical to establishing Cleverstate Technologies as a leading provider of AI-powered marketing planning solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Business Growth

• Develop and execute the Company's long-term vision, business strategy, and operational roadmap in alignment with Board-approved objectives.

• Lead the commercialisation and market expansion of StratifAI across Singapore, APAC, MENA, and other strategic markets.

• Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new revenue streams to strengthen the Company's market position.

• Evaluate emerging industry trends, technological developments, and competitive dynamics to ensure the Company's products remain relevant and commercially competitive.

Commercial and Revenue Management

• Assume full responsibility for the Company's profit and loss performance, revenue growth, budgeting, and financial sustainability.

• Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, strategic partners, technology providers, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition initiatives across multiple markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the marketing, advertising, technology, and media sectors.

Product and Market Development

• Work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure product development aligns with market demand and customer requirements.

• Guide the strategic positioning of StratifAI and future AI-based products within the marketing technology ecosystem.

• Oversee the deployment and adoption of the Company's AI-driven solutions among agencies, brands, and in-house marketing teams.

Operations, Governance and Compliance

• Establish robust operational frameworks, financial controls, and corporate governance practices to support business growth.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, contractual, and licensing obligations across jurisdictions where the Company operates.

• Oversee risk management, business continuity planning, and organisational governance initiatives.

People Leadership and Organisational Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team across commercial, technology, and operational functions.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Develop organisational structures, performance management systems, and talent development initiatives to support scaling operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.

• Minimum 12–15 years of leadership experience within digital marketing, advertising technology, marketing technology, artificial intelligence, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or related technology sectors.

• Proven track record of leading business growth, commercial strategy, and revenue generation across multiple international markets.

• Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex commercial partnerships and enterprise-level client engagements across industries such as FMCG, automotive, travel, financial services, telecommunications, and hospitality.

• Prior experience as a founder, entrepreneur, business leader, or senior executive within a technology-driven organisation will be highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, marketing technology, media planning processes, digital advertising ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

• Established professional network across APAC, MENA, and other international markets.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and operational execution capabilities.
