Chief Financial Officer

Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Treasury, group level consolidation and investment oversight experience. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, managing and controlling all financial and risk / compliance activities. This includes strategic planning, group consolidation and reporting, portfolio management, treasury and stakeholder management. The CFO will also actively interface with the Company's board and senior leaders. He / She will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee the Group's enterprise risk management framework and lead a finance team with strong governance, discipline and service orientation.

Desired Skills and Experience :

1. Bachelor of Accountancy or Finance with ACCA, CA, CPA or relevant professional qualification.
2. At least 15 years experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
3. Previous track record demonstrating financial transformation leadership would be an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface and manage senior stakeholders.
5. ​High levels of integrity and comfortable navigating a matrixed environment.
