Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Provides strategic advice to the Head of Region to grow the region’s activities profitably


• Oversees all financial operations and activities in the region, including but not limited to: budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, treasury and cashflow planning, financial planning, analysis and forecasting, investment and company performance management, etc


• Drives a comprehensive business monthly results review and planning process, including Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and Long-Range Plan that are supportive of regional business planning cycles.


• Safeguards adequate commercial terms in customer contracts and transactions, including financing solutions, payment terms, and other key contractual terms, by guiding the local commercial teams, liaising with Group expert departments, and by directly engaging with key customers on specific contracts.


• Ensures proper financing, cash flow & net working capital management for all entities in the region


• Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.


• Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.


• Represents the company locally (focusing on external representation, including local authorities, multi-lateral organization, banks) and actively manages partnerships and external stakeholders within the sphere of Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance or Accounting.


• MBA is a plus


• CPA or similar professional accounting qualification is a plus


• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in accounting and/or financial analysis or similar role as Finance Manager in a multinational company
