Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operations, including project delivery, field operations (vessel dispatch, robotic deployment), and resource allocation.
2. Lead operational scale-up, establishing processes and governance for a rapidly growing multi disciplinary team.
3. Champion operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) and project-based delivery models.
4. Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, commercial, and field service teams.
5. Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in operations leadership roles, preferably in robotics, AI, maritime, or technology-driven service industries.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling operations at a startup or high-growth company.

Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with maritime logistics, fleet management, and/or underwater inspection/cleaning technologies.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi disciplinary teams (engineers, operators, marine crew) in an international context .

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

Industry Experience: Required – experience in the underwater robotics or maritime technology sector.
