Minisport, a leading early years sports coaching school in Hong Kong, is expanding to Singapore and we're looking for ambitious individuals to be a part of our core launch team.
 

As one of the founding members of the Singapore franchise, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the business and be a key player in our ambitious growth plans for 2024 and beyond. Minisport currently serves over 1200 students per week through sports classes, parties, camps, and events, and we're excited to bring this proven model to Singapore.
 

The Minisport program focuses on the exploration of six core sports - tennis, basketball, athletics, rugby, hockey, and football - through a dynamic, one-program approach for children aged 1.5 to 6 years old. Classes typically range from 4 to 9 students, often with guardian assistance.
 

What’s more, the powerful Minisport App allows coaches to log hours, communicate safely with parents, track students progress and much more. 
 

We're looking for full-time coaches who possess:

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

- Confidence and the ability to lead groups of children

- Preferably, experience in coaching early years groups (but not required)
 

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, typically coaching 4-5 hours per day, 5 days per week. We place a strong emphasis on building a thriving team culture and creating lasting memories for all team members.
