Chinese Language Teacher (Enrichment Centre) - Growth-Minded Organization

Requirements:

·      Kind-hearted, passionate about working with children and a strong sense of responsibility.

·      Fluency in Mandarin is essential as this is a Chinese Teacher position.

·      Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language Teaching, Chinese Studies, or related field.

·      Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an educational institution or MOE/ affiliated (Preschool/ Primary) school.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Candidates without experience but with relevant education will be considered, with training provided.

Responsibilities:

·      Execute teaching tasks in accordance with school requirements.

·      Prepare learning materials to enhance class management effectiveness.

·      Grade student homework and perform quality checks on course materials as per school guidelines.

·      Regularly communicate with parents to monitor students' learning progression.

·      Evaluate student performance and implement strategies for improvement.

·      Update teaching materials to align with the latest MOE syllabus and conduct short-term training sessions.

·      Conduct Mandarin lessons following the center's curriculum, developing teaching materials and progress reports.

·      Attend school staff meetings and fulfill ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
