CISCO UC Engineer (Up to $5k/ 1 Yr Contract/ Jasper ITSM/CCNA/CCNP/ITIL)

• Support, Maintain and Troubleshoot UC & VC systems including and not limited to CUCM, UCCE, UCCX, Finesse, Expressways, Unity, 3rd Party call recording. 
  


• Support and maintain circuits, orders and tracks voice/WAN circuits including co-ordinates and delivers voice circuits to remote locations
  


• Perform basic change request (move, add, change, delete)
  


• Ensure circuit & UC inventory are up to date and assist in UC related troubleshooting eg voice circuits, telepresence, CUCM, etc and drive root cause analysis
  


• Reports on UC Program and Telcom related activities
  

Requirements

•  Minimum Diploma Computer Science/ Electronic Engineerings or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
  


• CCNA/CCNP certfication and  ITIL knowledge is a MUST
  


• CUCM configuration experience with video end point, WebEx & Jabber end point and Jasper Software ITSM tool is a MUST
  


• Customer service oriented with some data network knowledge
