Civil Engineer (MRT/LTA) - RT1

NOVENA OR SENGKANG 

Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and oversee civil engineering works for MRT infrastructure, including tunneling, station construction, and track alignment.
•  Evaluate and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
•  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors, to resolve design and construction issues.
•  Conduct inspections and audits of civil works to ensure adherence to design, standards, and specifications.
•  Ensure all construction activities meet local regulations, codes, and Land Transport Authority (LTA) requirements.
• Address technical challenges and site-related issues, proposing solutions to maintain project progress.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and technical updates to project managers and stakeholders.
•  Monitor and verify the quality and quantity of materials used on-site to ensure adherence to specifications.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably holds a Resident Engineer (RE) Certificate, though it is not a must.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and manage multiple priorities.
