Claims Executive (Motor Insurance) #TNKC

Manage and process motor insurance claims, including own damage, third-party property damage, bodily injury, windscreen, and recovery claims.

Assess claims, determine liability, and ensure timely and accurate claim settlements within service standards.

Liaise with policyholders, claimants, repair workshops, surveyors, adjusters, lawyers, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.

Review supporting documents, investigate claim circumstances, and maintain accurate claim records.

Monitor claim reserves and provide regular updates on claim status.

Handle recovery matters and follow up on outstanding recoveries.

Work closely with legal representatives on disputed claims and litigation matters when required.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other duties as assigned.
