Job Description

• Provide marketing support with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, engagement, and meeting HQ KPIs.
• Manage and oversee the Concierge desk during showroom hours, ensuring timely assistance for all incoming visitors.
• Assist in the execution of marketing and CRM events and activities.
• Handle social media content creation and channel management.
• Develop and manage CRM and digital media content.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including monitoring HQ KPIs and ensuring team accountability.
• Oversee merchandise inventory management.
• Uphold showroom standards through maintenance and upkeep.
• Complete any additional tasks delegated by superiors.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/ Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Canva
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Willing to do concierge duties
