Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Cleaning Service
• Position Title: Cleaner
• Working Location: Island Wide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (8 am-5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute daily tasks professionally in accordance with the company’s commitment to excellence.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it remains in safe working condition.
• Identify and report any pest control or maintenance issues to management for immediate action.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to deliver services efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Continuously uphold company’s values of professionalism, integrity, and reliability in every task.

• Having relevant experience in cleaning, pest control, or environmental services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
• Good communication skills, able to interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
