Cleaning Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*This position requires the candidate to manage customers and cleaners under him / her and oversee the company's day to day operations.

* Monday to Friday (Work Alternat Saturday)

* Daily plan floaters schedule including Chinese PRC team to communicate with them, using internal scheduling system.

* Manages a individuate focus team of workers.

* Plan and deliver schedules for driver and specific with team supervisor needs such as periodic

cleaning schedule and coordinate with Team lead.

* Work together with team lead for daily deployment available manpower for next day arrangements.

* Visit client’s complaints / feedback etc.

* Visit staff (cleaners) teams if they needs any support from you and ensure cleaning teams for the safety measures to during cleaning operation, perform risk

assessment onsite.

* At least monthly visit on each site for inspection, ensure onsite standards of cleanliness work quality and meet the requirement of clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* The Cleaning Operations Executive assists with the management of cleaning

operation duties and report to Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 3 years of working experience in same or similar cleaning industry.

· With or without Class 3 driving license

· Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· A team player and able to manage a team well and able to work independently.

· Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with the elderly cleaners.

· Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Computer literacy Email, Microsoft Excel.

· Covering of manpower if needed (may requires to do hands-on cleaning work).
