CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

Job Description:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and contract documents.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote the company's services.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all business activities comply with Singapore regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of tendering processes and commercial contracts is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
