Cleaning Supervisor

Looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Overview

• Residential home cleaning experience will be prioritized

• Career progression within or inter department

• No training needed

• Operation of machine will be advantageous (Hi-Jet/Scrubber/Single disc)

• Periodic cleaning experience will be advantageous

• Residential cleaning will be advantageous

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency

• Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify areas for improvement

• Provide training and support to the cleaning team to develop their skills and knowledge

• Respond to and resolve any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance

• Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise

• Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our clients

• Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction
