Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the cleaning team across assigned areas
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and company policies
Schedule cleaning staff, manage shifts and allocate cleaning assignments based on workload and priorities
Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to verify quality standards have been met
Report and address any maintenance issues or deficiencies promptly
Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance and inventory of cleaning supplies
Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, challenges and resource requirements
Manage and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency
Handle customer complaints or concerns relating to cleaning services professionally and promptly
