Job Summary of Cleaning Supervisor Cum Operation Executive

The Cleaning Supervisor supervises multiple cleaners in multiple cleaning premises while ensuring service quality delivery and safety. This includes assisting in the planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management, and managing inventory of the cleaning tools and materials used. He/She is also required to provide guidance to the cleaners.

He/She may be assigned to a variety of places which may include indoor public places and residences. He/She is expected to communicate with his/her stakeholders as part of his role in performing duties.

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage cleaning services (ad-hoc cleaning).

• Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the assigned cleaning staff (local/HSS).
• Supervise and work together with a team of cleaners, ensuring work is completed efficiently and with high-quality standards.
• Ensure cleaning personnel adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality.

Manage inventory of cleaning tools and products.

• Ensure stocks of cleaning tools and products are in order and replenishment orders in a timely manner.

Manage cleaning personnel.

• Plan and maintain work schedules and deployment of manpower.
• Communicate and update the working schedules of cleaning personnel (local/HSS).
• Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners.
• Facilitate effective work processes.
• Provide feedback and recommend process improvements.

Manage customers.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address any of their concerns or special requests to their assigned cleaning staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and liaise with individual clients on schedule changes or changes of their assigned cleaning staff.

Manage reporting and incidents.

• Submit compiled weekly customer inquiries to management.
• Maintain records of attendance and any incidents.
• Respond to major incidents and emergencies.
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management.
