Client Account Manager

What you’ll be doing:

Working within our Survey & Robotics team, you will act as the main point of contact between our key clients and internal teams. You will have a key focus on delivering superior client service and ensuring repeat business from our existing clients.

You will work with our clients to understand their wants and needs, suggesting problem solving solutions and working with them through any issues which may arise during their projects.

You will be responsible for keeping our clients up to date with the newest developments within Ashtead Technology and how our latest equipment can positively impact their operations. You will also build strong relationships internally, liaising regularly with our workshop and technical support teams to ensure products are delivered to our clients and supported thereafter.

Gathering intelligence on the market and competitive landscape is another key aspect of this role in order to be able to identify emerging market trends and new opportunities for the Group’s products and services.

What will help you be successful in the role?

• Experience working as Survey Technician, and the interest to make a move into a client facing role OR


• Experience working in a similar role previously, with thorough knowledge of Survey and the Subsea industry


• Strong interpersonal skills, organisation and capability to successfully operate in a customer focused, service orientated environment


• Ability to manage the full customer relationship journey from initial approach to order closing and continued relationship management
