Job Description - Client Advisor Assistant

Job Description

Client Engagement & Support
  • Assist Client Advisors (RMs) in client interactions by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Maintain high standards of client service through proactive communication and follow-up.
Transaction Processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of banking and investment transactions, including:
  • Trade order taking and execution
  • Account onboarding and static data maintenance
  • Asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing
Financial Advisory Support
  • Provide ongoing support in financial advisory services by:
  • Compiling and distributing marketing materials, research publications, and investment product information
  • Responding to client inquiries related to investment products and high-conviction recommendations
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, reports, and account-related information.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure completion of required actions.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to enhance overall team efficiency and client service delivery.
  • Participate in team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Escalate service or compliance issues to relevant internal stakeholders as necessary.
Mentorship & Project Participation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new CAAs when required.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects such as system UATs, process improvement initiatives, and focus groups.
