Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the business.
• Consistently networks to attract new customers and develop customer database.
• Consults with customers to discover their needs by exploring customer preferences and occasions for which the customers are shopping.
• Anticipate customers expressed and unexpressed needs and wants and responds appropriately to exceed customer expectations
• Utilize CRM software as the primary tool for after-sales communication
• Take ownership of resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy
• Drive and perform onsite audits of store physical inventories
• Develop progressively in-depth knowledge of company’s product, craftsmanship, fabrics, made-to-measure and style evolution whilst translating such knowledge into customer benefits.
• Actively communicate customer, product and other store information within the store team to ensure customer and business needs are met

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certification in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
• Excellent communication skills, independent and a team player
• Service and sales-oriented, self-starter

Other Information:

• Location: Island-wide
• Retail working hours, 44 hours/week
• Salary ranging from $2400-2800 (depends on experience) + Commission + Incentives
