【Job Responsibilities】
- Design and develop mobile game, including client structure, code and logic, resource structure, and UI system.
- Lead the client development team to ensure that the products meet the project's time schedule and quality requirements.
- Coordinate game requirements and technology with server-side, planners, and project managers.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of various functional modules of the game.
- Responsible for personnel allocation, progress, and quality control of the game.
- Continuously optimize code, iterate on requirements, ensure quality, improve efficiency, enhance the gaming experience, and develop experience-based solutions.
- Responsible for package submission and listing, understanding the review mechanisms of Google/iOS.
【Qualifications】
- Over 3 years of experience in game development, with over 1 year of team management experience. Having a released game title is preferred.
- Proficient in using C#, Java, Kotlin, C/C++, familiar with scripting languages such as Lua, and knowledgeable in software development (computer systems, OS, data structures, etc.).
- Possesses a spirit of inquiry, loves technology, and can keep up with technological developments.
- Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
- Skilled in summarizing experiences, creating documents, and standardizing client work.
