Client Experience & Branding, VP/SVP (High-Net-Worth Segment)

We're partnering with a leading insurer to hire a VP/SVP, Client Experience & Brand to shape the end-to-end client experience for its High-Net-Worth (HNW) business. This role will lead the strategy and execution of premium client engagement initiatives, exclusive events, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HNW client experience and engagement strategy.

• Design premium client experience, exclusive events, and bespoke engagement programmes for HNW clients and distribution partners.

• Collaborate with key partners across the wealth and lifestyle ecosystem

• Drive HNW brand positioning through thought leadership, targeted marketing initiatives, and client experiences.

• Analyse client insights and engagement metrics to optimise programmes and improve client retention.

• Partner closely with Business Development, Wealth Specialists, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client experience, relationship marketing, brand management, or client engagement, preferably gained within private banking, wealth management, insurance, asset management, or the luxury hospitality sector.
