Job Summary

You will drive client acquisition and retention by generating leads, managing client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client base
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals
• Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients
• Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and B2B sales within professional or outsourced services
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
