Client Hunter (Workforce Solutions)

Overview

This role sits within ManpowerGroup Singapore and is focused on one thing: winning new clients.

You will build revenue pipelines from scratch through proactive outreach, prospecting, and market engagement across the Singapore market.

The focus is on new business and new logos — and to own and grow the accounts you win.

What you’ll do

• Identify and engage companies we are not currently working with
• Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and market activity
• Approach companies expanding or entering Singapore
• Start conversations with decision-makers (HR, TA, business leaders)
• Convert opportunities into active client engagements
• Own and develop client relationships post-win

What you’ll work with

• Workforce solutions across permanent hiring, contract staffing, and talent pipelines
• Internal delivery teams who support fulfilment while you retain client ownership

What you bring

• Experience in business development, sales, or agency recruitment
• Strong cold outreach and pipeline-building capability
• Track record of winning new clients or opening accounts
• Ability to operate independently and build from zero
• Familiarity with Singapore market is an advantage
