Client Implementation Manager (Singapore)

Our client is a top tier Investment Management firm providing a wide range of premium investment products to clients globally. This organization has a brand profile of the synonymous quality and integrity and the delivery of outstanding results. They are seeking a seasoned Client Implementation Manager.

This role sits within a regional operations function responsible for managing client setup, change, and transition activities for wholesale and distribution clients. The position will oversee onboarding, documentation, and lifecycle events, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution and strong risk oversight. The role also carries responsibility for coaching junior team members and contributing to process enhancements that improve efficiency and client experience.

To succeed in this role, you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

1. Background in asset or investment management operations
2. Experience with client onboarding, client change, or transitions
3. Sound understanding of AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS requirements
4. Exposure to Singapore unit trust or wholesale fund structures
5. Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
6. Ability to balance delivery, control, and continuous improvement
