Client On-boarding Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client On-boarding Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the candidate will play a key role in executing client on-boarding processes, conducting Know Your Client (KYC) checks and supporting various compliance functions to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• • Perform on-boarding and KYC assessments for new clients, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Perform periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Provide regulatory compliance advice to business and other related functions
  • Perform regulatory compliance tasks
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client on-boarding within a regulated financial institution, with a strong understanding of compliance processes.
• Knowledge of the MAS AML/CFT Notice and Guidelines, as well as familiarity with other relevant regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with the global derivatives market is a plus
